Collaborative, numerical & free library on the history, the culture and the Breton action

The purpose of this free library, created in 2006, is to in general collect the numerical documents having attracted with the Brittany.
It is about a Repository or " base connaissance" in the form of listing of files, classified by topics.
It is possible to collaborate in this library by sending free files of right ( Public domain).
" Emskiant" mean " conscience" in Breton.
