Employment-youths

New service-employment young or more commonly Employment-youths is the name given to a type of Work contract of Private law French. It was created in 1997 by the Gouvernement Jospin. the employment-youths belong to the helped Contrats.

This Limited time contract is signed for 5 years, with possibility of putting an end to it to each date birthday.

It can be also at unlimited duration. Nevertheless, if the employer is a territorial collectivity or a public corporation other than a EPIC (Public corporation related to commercial industrial and), the contract can be concluded only for one limited duration.

It is reserved to the people of less than 26 years. It also concerns the people from 26 to 29 years not having never perceived allowance unemployment.

It is not from now on possible any more to conclude from new conventions within the framework of the program “New young service-employment”. This measurement ends gradually.
