Emmanuelle Bertrand is a Violoncelliste French born the November 5th 1971 with Firminy (the Loire).
Disciple of Jean Moves and from Philippe Muller, it receives the support of Henri Dutilleux.
Nicolas Bacri dedicated its to him fourth continuation for violoncello alone . It created in 2000 the Chanson for Pierre Boulez of Luciano Berio.
Its recordings in solo or duet with the pianist Pascal Amoyel received the greatest rewards discographics: Cannes Classical Award, Gold Tuning fork of the year, 10 of Repertory-Classica, Shock of the World of the music, ffff of Télérama…
