Emmanuel Pahud
Emmanuel Pahud (born with Geneva the January 27th 1970) is a Flûtiste Suisse.
Biography
It begins its musical studies at the 6 years age to Rome. In 1990 after having obtained its price with the higher national Academy of music of Paris, it follows the teaching of Aurèle Nicolet. It gains several first prices in important international contests among which Duino in 1988, Kōbe in 1989 and Geneva in 1992.It gains the Price of the soloists to the Contest of the Community of radio of French language and the Juventus Price of the the Council of Europe. Emmanuel Pahud is also prize winner of the Foundation Yehudi Menuhin and the international Platform of UNESCO for the musicians. At the 22 years age, it is named first flute of the Philharmonic orchestra of Berlin, station which it occupies still to date.
In 1998, Emmanuel Pahud received a price with the Victoires of the classical music instrumental soloist category as well as the Grand Prix of the New Academy of the French disc for its recording of French music in duet.
