Emmanuel Ntezimana

Emmanuel Ntezimana was a Historien Rwandan, it is deceased with Brussels in 1995, of the continuations of a disease. He was professor, then senior, at the National university of Rwanda. Recognized intellectual, it militated in favor of the Démocratie and the Communication in his community. Its work concerns the history of its country, the colonization and the problem of the memory. He was the president and founder of Rwandan Association for the Defense of the rights of the person and public freedoms (ADL).
