Emmanuel Maout
Jean-Emmanuel-Marie Maout (Guingamp, December 29th 1799 - Paris, June 23rd 1877) is a Naturaliste and Botaniste French.
He took, in 1842, the rank of doctor of medicine and, turning to the study of the teaching of the Natural science, was attached, like demonstrator, at the Medical college, and opened then private lessons of Littérature and Natural history. He was decorated with the Légion of honor on August 12th 1869.
