Emmanuel III Karim Delly
Its Bliss Emmanuel III Karim Delly (born in Telkaif in Iraq the October 6th 1927) is the current primacy of the Catholic church chaldéenne with the title of Patriarche of Babylon of Chaldéens (since the December 3rd 2003).
It was high with the dignity of cardinal by the Pape Benoît XVI the October 17th 2007.
