Emmanuel-Philibert of Savoy (with the Italian civil statue Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia ), born the June 22nd 1972 with Geneva in Suisse is the grandson of Umberto II, last King d' Italie.
Biography
1972 it is born the June 22nd with Geneva in Suisse. Only sons of the Prince Victor-Emmanuel of Savoy (current chief of the royal House of Italy (House of Savoy)) and of Marina Doria (girl of industrialist Commoner). He receives the title of prince of Venice and applicant under chief of the Maison of Savoy.1983 following the death of his/her grandfather Humbert II of Italy, last king d' Italie (Monarchie Italy is not repealed since the June 2nd 1946), his father becomes duke of Savoy and becomes to him Prince de Piémont (title hitherto a41dernier $c-b1, e,10 $c-b26 ce $c-b16 $c-b43, bn,84 carried by his/her father which gives its title of prince to his son)
It life in Exile with Swiss Geneva in : the members of the royal Maison of Italy (House of Savoy) were Exil E of the territory Italy N in 1946, following the referendum founding the Italian republic. The people reproach his king Victor-Emmanuel III of Italy for having cosigné the racial laws of Benito Mussolini in 1938 and to be itself arranged with dimensions one of the Nazi S during the Second world war.
2002 after having a long time asserted its right to repossess to the country and the Abrogation of the law of exile of the Italian Constitution, Victor-Emmanuel of Savoy is authorized to turn over in Italy with its family after 56 years of Exil. He and his/her father, for this purpose, had deposited a request in front of the European Cour of the human rights. The activism of Emmanuel-Philibert to obtain the lifting of the law of exile played a great part in this abrogation: more appreciated Italian People than his father, it moreover precisely put forward that a man born in 1972 did not have to suffer from the compromising of his family with the Fascisme of the Second world war.
The September 25th 2003, it marries the French Actrice Clotilde Courau with Rome, in the Basilique Holy-Marie-of-Angel-and-of-Martyrs. The couple has two newborns with Geneva (because of difficulties of concretizing quickly and indeed their official return in Italy):

In 2006, Emmanuel-Philibert took its distances with his/her father, put in examination (not condemned) for Corruption and Proxénétisme.

Vittoria of Savoy
Vittoria of Savoy , born the December 28th 2003 with Geneva (Swiss), is the oldest daughter of Emmanuel-Philibert of Savoy and the Comédienne Clotilde Courau.The law of Exil of its family (Maison of Savoy) was repealed in 2002 after 56 years of exile to the Portugal then in Suisse following a long judgment of the European Cour of the human rights but if Vittoria were born out of Italy it cannot be the fact that of one voluntary “exile” of his/her parents since it was born the December 28th 2003.
Vittoria carries the title of royal princess Vittoria of Savoy with the treatment of royal Altesse since her birth, in accordance with the statute of family of January 1st 1890 which holds these titles with the children of the sovereign like to those of the heir to the throne.
Luisa of Savoy
Luisa of Savoy , born the August 16th 2006 with Geneva (Swiss), is their second daughter.Not to translate the first name of Luisa of Savoy - in accordance with a use which tends to develop today - makes it possible to better distinguish this princess from Louise of Savoy (1476 - 1531) which was the mother of François Ier de France.
