Emirate djihadist

The emirates decentralized djihadists Al-Qaida, organizations terrorist five, are in charge of the operations on the ground.

The core of the terrorist organization, pursued since the fall of the Afghan sanctuary , would not act any more that like a kind of “board of directors”, defining the general framework of the strategy djihadist and entrusting the responsibility for the operations on the ground to the emirs djihadists responsible for areas.

The experts think that by multiplying the attacks of small and average scale, those focus the antiterrorist tracking on the regional networks, leaving more free field to the commandos of elite of the “Department of external operations”, directed by Abou Faraj Al-Libbi, to implement operations of greater scale.

  • Abou Khabab, engineer Egyptian, responsible for Al-Qaida for internal safety since 2002 and directs the Force 55, guard honest with Usama Bin Laden. Historically responsible for the chemical program of the organization.
  • Abdelkrim Al-Medjati, Morrocan, person in charge of the emirate djihadist decentralized in Europe and in the Maghreb. Real person in charge of the attacks of Casablanca in May 2003, Madrid in March 2004 and London in July 2005.
  • Abou Mohamed Al-Masri, Egyptian, person in charge of the Al-Qaida propaganda and thus of the realization and the diffusion of the audio and video messages.
  • Ahmed Al-Hisawi, Saoudi, one of the person in charge of Al-Qaida finances since 1998.
  • Ahmed Omar Saïd Sheik, British, person in charge of the removal and the assassination of the journalist Daniel Pearl, stopped in Pakistan.
  • Khalfan Gailani, person in charge of the attacks in Africa since 1998, and stopped in June 2004, with Lahore, the Pakistan.
  • Mohammed Ali Abou Homam, Egyptian, stopped in October 2004, by the French and British antiterrorist services.
  • Mohammed Al-Guerbouzi, Morrocan, a responsble of the Maghrebian dies (GICM), is attacks of Madrid in March 2004 and London in July 2005, in escape.
  • Mohammed Atef, Egyptian, old police, coordinator of the attacks of September 11th, 2001 and pilot of the first plane which was crushed against the World Trade Center.
  • Naim Noor Khan, Pakistani engineer, responsible for external operations of Al-Qaida, stopped in June 2004, with Lahore.

  • Mohammed Al-Kahtani, is the “20th hijacker” supposed, locked up with the prison of Guantanamo.
  • Mounir Al-Motassadeq, suspected of being accessory to the attacks of September 11th, 2001, condemned for “membership to an Al-Qaida terrorist organization” made up around the pilot kamikaze Mohammed Atta.
  • Nizar Trabelsi, condemned to ten years of prison in 2003, to have projected an attack against the American military base of Kleine-Brogel.
  • Richard Reid, British, stopped in December 2001
  • Saajit Badat, British, stopped in November 2003.
  • Zacarias Moussaoui, free-Morrocan, stopped in August 2001.
