Eminence thénar

The eminence thénar is a muscular projection round with the antéro-higher part of the Main, under the inch

It consists of four muscles:

• the supply main of the inch, innervé by the ulnar nerve, allows the adduction of the inch

• the court flexor of the inch, innervé in its surface part by the median nerve and in its major part by the ulnar nerve, the inflection allows and the adduction of the inch
• the opponent of the inch, innervé by the median nerve, brings the inch in opposition of the other fingers
• the court delivery of the inch, innervé by the median nerve, allows abduction and rotation médiale inch.
