Emile Hennequin
Emile Hennequin (1887 -?) is the managing director of the municipal police force (PM) of Paris which organized the Rafle of the Cycle-racing track of Winter in 1942 and deployed approximately 9000 police officers with this intention. It had entered to PP in 1912.
He was condemned in June 1947 to 8 years of forced labors.
