Emile Berlia
Emile Berlia is a French politician born the May 23rd 1878 with Toulouse and deceased the August 13rd 1946 in its birthplace.
Militant of the French Section of the International worker, near to the socialist mayor of Toulouse Albert Bedouce, Antoine Ellen-Provost is elected appointed Haute-Garonne at the time of an partial legislative election in 1933. He finds his station in 1936 at the time of the electoral victory of the Popular front.
Remained near to Albert Bedouce and Antoine Ellen-Provost, Emile Berlia is excluded from the SFIO to the Release, although not having taken share with the vote on the handing-over of the full powerss to the Marshal Pétain. He then takes part in the creation of the democratic Socialist party at the sides of Paul Faure, the former general secretary of the SFIO. He animates the departmental federation of the PSD at the sides of Albert Bedouce and Ellen-Provost, but does not find a political mandate and dies very little of time afterwards.
