Emile Acollas

Emile Acollas (1820 - 1891) is a Jurisconsulte French born with Châtre. Friend of Georges Clémenceau, he was the law professor of Saionji Kinmochi, noble Japanese envoy in Europe of 1870 to 1881 to prepare the future imperial Constitution.
