Elution

The elution is a process making it possible to put in solution (known as éluée ) a compound absorptive using a Solvant named the éluant .
Elution is in particular used in Chromatography in liquid phase and Thin layer chromatography (CCM).
Elution is also used in Immuno-hematology to recover, in a éluat, an antibody fixed specifically on red blood corpuscles.
