Eliseo Grenet (June 12th 1893 with Havana - December 4th 1950 with Havana) was a Pianiste and Compositeur Cuba in.
Biography
At five years, he studies already the piano; to nine years, it presents its musical review " the geografia fisica" in a school festival and thirteen years, he plays of the piano in the silent film " Caricatura". At sixteen years it directs the orchestra " Politeama Habanero".In 1926, he traverses the island with the head of the orchestra of Compania Arquimedes Pous before a round in several countries of America. In 1936, in New York, it takes part in the promotion of the cuban music and in particular the conga. In 1948 it obtains the first price of the contest of cuban songs with El Sitierito.
It composed the film music such Escandalo of estrellas , Conga bar , Estampas colonial , Milonga of arrabal as well as theatrical works like Niña Rita , cancioñ LED mendigo , Bohemia , Como los golondrinas , the virgen morena , El submarino cubano and a poem of Nicolás Guillén, Motivos of sound .
