Elisa (singer)

Elisa Toffoli or Elisa is a Italian Chanteuse .

She was born close from Trieste in extreme Italian north, at the Slovenien border. Former singer of a group of Punk Rock'n'roll, Elisa today is particularly recognized for her songs melancholic persons and her voice of an exceptional ability, classifying it among the best current vocalists. She sings in Italian and especially in English. She sold more than three million albums in Italy and in all Europe. In 2001, it gains the prestigious " Festival Di Sanremo" with its title, from now on mythical " Luce" (= Light). Its appearance is particularly noticed, more especially as it is presented to barefeet, not really capped in this televisual Festival recognized for its glamor and its preserving side. Among his other Italian songs one finds amongst other things in 2003 " Almeno You Nell' Universo" cover of a song of the Italian artist Mia Martini), and in 2005 " Una Poesia Sheer Per Te". In 2006, Italy resounds under the title " Gli Ostacoli Del Cuore" , in duet with not-less-famous the Luciano Ligabue. In 2005, she sings " Teach Me Again" with Tina Turner, a title which she wrote and composed with fine humanitarians ( All The Invisible Children ).

The reccueil of its successes Soundtrack '96- '06 containing more pieces in Italian than with accustomed was already sold this year with more than 600.000 copies.
