Synopsis
Dragon Eye Morrison was electrocuted when he was child. Since, it communicates with the reptiles and releases all the electrical energy concentrated while him of becoming exhausted on its guitar. Thunderbolt Buddha, a dispenser of justice struck down with adolescence, causes it in duel. During their combat, Dragon and Thunderbolt are reloaded with the most various sources and will go even until using a powerplant.
