Electoral program
A electoral program (or political program ) is a set of measures promised by Candidat S with election S, which they are committed setting up once elected.
In the systems where the Mandatory instruction does not exist, these programs are generally not stripped of Démagogie.
One of the problems of democratic operation, and the electoral programs in particular, is to regard the citizen as a “Expert” ready to judge utility of the proposed measures by the candidates.
The Media (Internet, press, television,…) play a big role of presentation, and decoding of these programs. The Neutralité of these media is however not always assured.
