Electoral campaign

The electoral campaign is the period preceding a election, lasting which the candidates and their parties “make countryside”, i.e. make their promotion with an aim of collecting the greatest number of possible voice.

They generally write a “Electoral program” (or “political program”).

In very many countries, the important political electoral campaigns are strictly regulated on the level of the budget, extended from the period, the electoral gifts, etc N the other hand, the parties represented can receive public finances to conduct their campaigns, like that is practiced in particular in France.
