El Niño of Palma
Cayetano Ordóñez there Aguilera known as “El Niño of Palma” , born the January 4th 1904 with Ronda (Spain, Province of Málaga), dead the October 30th 1961 with Madrid (Spain), was a Spanish Matador.
Presentation
“El Niño of Palma” was an appreciated of public, but very irregular matador. During the first years of its career, it occupied the first stations of the Escalafón , but declined very quickly and was withdrawn in 1950. It was used as model with Ernest Hemingway for its novel the Sun rises also . Five of its sons were bullfighters, in particular Antonio, most famous of them.Career

- Confirmation of alternative to Madrid: July 16th 1925. Godfather, Shine Freg; witnesses, Nicanor Villalta and “Litri”. Bulls of the ganaderías of Vicente Martínez and Esteban Hernández.
- First of the Escalafón in 1926 and 1927.
