El Menzah
El Menzah (rear RTL المنزه) is the name given to several districts of the north of the agglomeration of Tunis (Tunisia).
Intended for the middle-classes and higher, it is about Lotissement S of residence with a prevalence of habitat in villas or buildings of standing. These allotments are numbered of I with IX per order of installation, the first tonic with 1953 (El Menzah I) the last with the Années 1990 (El Menzah IX).
They are attached administratively to the governorships of Tunis and the Ariana. For the first (El Menzah I to IV then VII to IX), they constitute one of the 16 districts of the municipality of Tunis, adding up 43.320 inhabitants, while the second (El Menzah V and VI), having respectively 8110 and 6629 inhabitants, is attached to the municipality of the Ariana.

- El Menzah V is also called “Carnoy” of the name of the American promoter who builds this district in the Années 1960 by establishing 600 villas there. It is about a private housing estate carried out on a ground collinaire. It is limited by El Menzah VI, the East-West Ariana and main roads connecting the International airport of Tunis-Carthage to the university campus.
- El Menzah VI is arranged at the beginning of the Années 1970 with a big part of collective habitat. It accommodates a large college and one of the first shopping malls offset at the beginning of the Années 1980.
