El-Ouali Moustapha Sayed
El-Ouali Moustapha Sayed (v. 1948 with Bir Lehlou -1976 with Nouakchott) was leading Front Polisario and Arab République sahraouie democratic (RASD).
With beginning of the year 70, El-Ouali leaves the benches of the university Mohammed V of Reduction oú it was student and member of the UNEM, the Union of the Moroccan Students. May 10th, 1973, he is elected first general secretary of the Polisario Face. After the invasion of the the Western Sahara by the Morocco and the Mauritania in 1975, it takes refuge in Algérie, in the camps of Tindouf. It takes part in the foundation of the RASD, and becomes the first president about it. He dies on June 9th, 1976, killed by balls at the time of a raid of the Polisario Face to Nouakchott, the capital Mauritanian.
