Eko

Eko or Mr Eko ( Mister Eko ) is a fictitious character Feuilleton televised Lost, the missings . He is interpreted by the actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje.

Eko is one of the passengers of the tail of flight 815. He claims to be a catholic priest , but the flash-backs relating to it reveals that he was actually a lord of war Nigerian.

Before the crash landing

He embraced this " carrière" the day when it killed for the first time a man, of cold blood, to save his Yémi brother to have to do it. Following what, this last became priest. Pretending to help it to find " Henry Gale" , Eko will require of Locke to lead it to this point, which proves to be the station Perle, whose entry was located under the plane of the heroin traffickers. After which, it will decide to replace John Locke in the station Cygne, in order to press on the button (Yémi had declared to him in its dream that this spot was " more importantes").

Later, in the final one of season 2 " Live Together, Die Alone " , Locke, helped of Desmond, managed to be locked up in the bunker of the Swan, and did not press on the button. Eko tried to make jump the door anti-breath, but did not reach that point.

It will reappear finally in " Further Instructions " , where Locke will save it claws of a polar bear.

A few days later, it will accompany Locke, Sayid, Nikki and Paulo at the Perle station, with an aim of finding the body of his/her brother. It proves that this one disappeared. Eko will be found face to face with the Monster, which will attack, leaving it mortally wounded. He will murmur with the ear of John: “You are the following” ( You' Re the next ).
