Ejaculation
The ejaculation is the expulsion (usually out of jet) of a biological liquid, with the approach or the time of the Orgasme. At the Man, the éjaculat consists of Sperme, whereas at the Femme, it is about the fluid secreted by the Glandes of Skene.
At the man
It is about the expulsion of the Sperme, generally accompanying the Orgasme. At the man, ejaculation is achieved in two phases:
- the emission: initially, the vas deferenses, the seminal blisters and the prostate contract by expelling sperm towards the base of the urethra, which causes a tension of this area. This stage is felt by the man like a point of no return, the Orgasme will occur; one speaks about not of ejaculatory inevitability .
- the expulsion of sperm: the muscles located around the base of the rod and the anus (muscles Pubococcygien S of the Périnée) contract by jerks, it is ejaculation, the Sperme is expelled by the urethral meatus, being accompanied by the voluptuous feelings of the orgasm.
The normal volume of an ejaculation lies between 2 to 6 ml: beyond 6 ml, one speaks about Hyperspermie, in on this side 2 ml, one speaks about Hypospermie.
In general, the Pénis loses its erection after ejaculation.
At the time of puberty, the first ejaculations can take place without emission of sperm, its production not being yet functional.
Apart from an active sexual stimulation, ejaculation can occur during the sleep; one calls sometimes this phenomenon “night emission” or “wet dream”. These ejaculations can occur starting from adolescence and less frequently during the adulthood; they are regarded as normals. Night ejaculation often corresponds to a erotic Rêve. Lastly, there is no correlation between the Sexual abstinence and their frequency.
Ejaculation is generally concomitant with the orgasm. However, both are not inevitably dependant. It is current to ejaculate without orgasm (it is often the case of the premature ejaculations) and it is also possible to have orgasms without ejaculating. Already taught in certain trantric writings and taoists, this training makes it possible the man not to lose his erection after a first orgasm without ejaculation (one speaks about Injaculation, of reserved pressure, dry orgasm, dry blow…) and to become multi-orgasmic.

At certain men, the absence of emission of sperm at the time of the orgasm originates in an anatomical anomaly. Ejaculation then is redirected partially or entirely towards the Vessie. This possible cause of sterility can be mitigated by a surgical operation or taking away and Artificial insemination.
Retrograde ejaculation can be artificially recreated at a healthy individual by strongly compressing the Urètre by digital pressure on the level of the Périnée during ejaculation. However, this operation should not be realized at contraceptive ends being given the very high risk of weak residual but sufficient emissions to fecundation.
At the woman

One can also speak about ejaculation among certain women, who also release out of jet often at the time of the Orgasme a liquid secreted by the Glandes of Skene located in lower part of the Urètre. In general, this expulsion is related to a stimulation of the Point G and/or Clitoris.
This phenomenon of very variable ejaculation can go from the simple unperceivable drop to the release of important quantities of liquid (sometimes higher than 1/2 liter, in several times…). Often, testimonys reveal that a couple can spend the years without this phenomenon occurring. The sexological studies often related to the studies on the Point G show that the majority of the women can (at least potentially) ejaculate. It would also seem that it is easier to ejaculate with the approach of the Menstruation S (over-sensitiveness), during a Grossesse, when the partners are in total confidence and/or when the woman is completely slackened and released.
By lack usually, the women have often evil to dissociate the desire for ejaculating desire for urinating. In fact, the secreted liquid is of nothing the Urine, but approaches by its composition the seminal Liquide male. Most of the time, the color is translucent and liquid texture. Certain women however have a éjaculat which can be more or less viscous, it then dyes sometimes white color.
When this ejaculation is abundant, the expression “woman fountain” is sometimes used; it was given for the first time by a French psychoanalyst.
Sometimes, the ejaculated liquid mixes with the cyprine (lubricant secreted by the Glandes of Bartholin close to the Vagin) and can occasionally cause passing disorders of the feeling of penetration.
