In 1482, Eitel-Frederic II of Hohenzollern married Madeleine de Brandebourg-Tangermünde († 1496), girl of the margrave Frederic III of Brandebourg-Tangermünde).

Six children were born from this union:

  • Wandelberthe de Hohenzollern (1484 - 1581), in 1507, it married the count Albert III von Hohenlohe († 1551)

  • Joachim de Hohenzollern (1485 - 1538), count de Hohenzollern, in 1513, it married Anastasie von Stoffeln († 1530), (girl of Henri von Stoffeln (a child: Just-Nicolas II of Hohenzollern, count de Hohenzollern)

  • Salomée de Hohenzollern (1488 - 1548), in 1507, it married the count Louis XV von Oettingen († 1557)

  • Anne de Hohenzollern (1410 - 1496), it was nun.
