Eiffage Concessions
Eiffage Concessions manages the exploitation of carparks, highways and infrastructures, in particular the Viaduc of Millau.
For 7 years, Eiffage has invested much in this sector: the Viaduct of Millau, LGV Perpignan-Figueras, the virtual turnpike Norscut in Portugal. The concessions generate recurring incomes for the group, but also of the activity for the branches work (ex: Appia and Eiffage Construction were titular market of the highway of Norscut.).
The December 14th 2005, the French government announced its intention to yield the totality of its actions in the group APRR to a consortium made up of Eiffage and Macquarie.
The branch Eiffage Parking became a European leader of the concession of parking by in particular repurchasing Epolis, number 2 French with 120.000 places in concession. The objective of Eiffage Carpark: to reach the 200.000 parking bays in Europe.
