Eielson Air Force Bases

Eielson Air Force Bases is a base of the United States Air Force located close to Fairbanks in Alaska.

It shelters the 354th Fighter Wing Pacific Air Forces and the 168th Air Refueling Wing of the National guard of Alaska.

It was named in the honor of the American aviator Carl Ben Eielson (1897-1929) which carried out the first flight transarctic.
