Egideria

Egideria is a specialized company in economic Intelligence created in 1994 by Yves-Michel Marti. It is classified among the first French people receiving benefits of economic intelligence by the specialized letter Intelligence Online as by the daily newspaper Le Figaro in 2007.

Egideria provides to its customers, of the international companies, of information on their competitors, acquisitions, the partnerships or the conquest of the great international invitations to tender. The company contributed to the recent development of the economic intelligence in France.

In 1994, Egideria was the first in France with launching the seminars of Veille on Internet, almost simultaneously with the Cybion company of Carlo Revelli.

In 1996, Yves-Michel Marti publishes with Bruno Martinet the work the economic and competing Intelligence: the eyes and the ears of the company which receives the price of the better European work of management by the newspaper Financial Times , and is selected among three the better world ones. According to Business Digest, this book is regarded from now on as one of traditional management.

In 1997, it was the first to launch to France the seminars on the techniques of interview and the Operating room ( War Room ). The same year, Mr. Marti makes scandal with the conference of SCIP of San Diego by his communication (Which can one learn from the system of information of the Catholic church?).

It uses the computer tools for the strategic data processing, and publishes of them the results and this work is noticed by the specialized periodicals.

In July 2005, Egideria belongs to about fifteen companies sub-contracting the chemist Rhodia (of which the American law firm Shearman & Sterling) searched simultaneously by the Financial brigade within the framework of the Affaire Rhodia. No legal action pursuant was taken (2007).
