Efraïm Karsh

Efraïm Karsh is professor of history and Chef of the Department of the Mediterranean Studies to the King' S College of London. It was born and grew in Israel and is graduate Hebraic Université of Jerusalem in History of the modern Middle East and Arab World. It obtained its Masters and its Doctorate in international relations with the Université of Tel Aviv.

Before starting an academic career, Efraim Karsh was analyst in the Israeli defense forces where it reached the rank of Major. It held several academic positions with Harvard and Columbia, with the Sorbonne, the London School off Economics, the Université of Helsinki, the International institute of Strategic studies of London, the Institut Kennan d' Etudes Russian Advanced in Washington, the Center Jaffee of Strategic studies to the Université of Tel-Aviv.

It has more than one hundred of academic publications and many works on the Soviet the Middle East and businesses.
