Eduardo Tightened

Eduardo Serra Rexach (born the December 19th 1946 with Madrid) is a Politician and a Spanish contractor .

Biography

Born in 1946 with Madrid, it carries out studies of Droit and takes down its License in 1968 with the Université Complutense of Madrid. It then integrates the body of the lawyers of the State.

In July 1987, putting its political career between brackets, it becomes one of the leaders of the Fondation of assistance against drug-addiction (FAD). Between 1993 and 1996, it chairs the Institute of international questions and foreign politics (INCIPE). It directed several companies, such Peugeot-Talbot (automobile), Airtel Móvil (telephony) or Teletra España (television).

Political career

In 1977, he is the principal private secretary of the center Minister of Industry Alberto Oliart. In 1982, this one is named Minister for Defense and chooses Eduardo Serra as under-secretary of the ministry (first civilian to occupy the station). Two years later, it becomes Secretary of State of the socialist minister of Defense, Narcís Serra, and is charged, as a number two of the ministry, to manage the budget of harmonization of the Spain with NATO, until its resignation in 1987.
