Eduardo Pinho Moreira (Laguna, July 11th 1949) is a doctor and a politician Brésil IEN. He was governor of the State of Santa Catarina of 2006 with 2007, following the resignation of the elected governor, Luiz Henrique da Silveira, of which he was the vice-governor.

He was in addition appointed federal of 1987 with 1993 when he renonça with his mandate to devote itself to his post of mayor of Criciúma (1993-1996).
