Edradour
Edradour , smaller Distilling of Scotland authorized by the law, is located at the exit of the town of Pitlochry in the Perthshire.
Founded in 1825, Edradour knew to preserve the methods of production of antan and produces only 12 barrels per week.
John Reid, David Ramsbottom and James Kennedy continue to produce a Whiskey without any automation.
Andrew Symington, bottler independent and founder of Signatory Vintage, repurchased the Distillerie in 2002, guaranteeing a total independence to him.
