Edouard VI (October 12th 1537 - July 6th 1553), king d' Angleterre, is the only legitimate son of the king Henri VIII, by his marriage with Jeanne Seymour, dead a few days after its birth. Edouard succeeds his father the January 28th 1547. The reign of Edouard is marked by the religious reform. The faction Protesting E becomes strong, and the archbishop of Canterbury, Thomas Cranmer, holds many being able.
