Edouard-Léonor Havin is a Politician French, born with the Mesnil-Opac (Handle) the July 9th 1755, deceased with Caen (Apple-brandy) the August 16th 1829. He was member of the Convention and appointed with the Council of Old. He was lawyer with Saint-Lo (Handle).
The department of the English Channel elects it like member of Convention on September 8th, 1792. He decides for the death of Louis XVI at the time of his lawsuit, by admitting however the deferment.
Struck by the law against the regicides, it takes refuge in England and settles with Portsmouth. Expelled, he flees towards Malines, in Belgium. He obtains later the authorization to return to France.
