Edmund Kemper

Edmund Emil Kemper (born on December 18th, 1948 with Burbank, California, the United States) is a American Serial killer accused of eight murder of which that of his/her own mother, Clarnell Strandberg-Kemper.

Character with the impressive size but débonnaire, it assassinated his grandparents whereas it was only fourteen years old. His/her mother has psychological problems and likes to beat the men. Kemper will suffer all its youth from it. His/her mother will divorce three times in her life. At its exit of the psychiatric institution in which it had been placed, it begins murder series. It killed in all eight women, generally beautiful hitch-hikers, young people and. It brought them in the car in distant corners then strangled them before bringing back their heads as trophies (with the image of Jeffrey Dahmer and other many killers). But after the murder of his mother, it delivered itself to the police force on April 23rd, 1973 after 30 hours of control intensive on the roads of Colorado. Psychiatric evaluations determined that Kemper was not insane but rather intelligent (it has an IQ of 130). November 8th, 1978, Kemper was condemned to the Perpétuité (the capital punishment having been suspended between 1971 and 1974).

Today, Kemper is always imprisoned with the prison of Vacaville (California) and readily takes part in talks (in particular with the French specialist Stephan Bourgoin) making it possible to better include/understand the behavior of the serial killers.
