Edmond Leclercq
Edmond Leclecrcq born with Dampremy on March 14th, 1867, deceased with Marcinelle on January 7th, 1959, is an industrialist and Belgian politician of liberal tendency and Walloon militant.
He was to advise communal then alderman of Marcinelle. In 1932 it succeeds the Room like successor of Arthur Pater as a deputy and it will sit at the Belgian Parlement like deputy until 1947. He will assume in 1946 the load of secretary of the Walloon parliamentary Groupe. He also sat at the Walloon Assemblée. He took part in the Walloon National congress of 1945.
