Edificas

Edificas ( Exchange of information computerized tax, informational, countable, analytical and of audit, and social ) is a French Association gathering professionals of the Comptabilité and Informatique whose objective is to complete technical work of standardization for the account of its members.

Accredited like countable sectoral community by the organization of coordination EDIFRANCE, EDIFICAS profits from a recognition by the European commission and from a European statute delivered by the e-BES and international by UNO (CEFACT).

Its work led it in the Nineties to standardize the entry (message ENTREC), the Plan accountant (message CHACCO), the Grand book (message LEDGER), the countable Balance (message BALANC) and the Reporting (message INFENT) in the world EDIFACT. History

Created in 1992, association EDIFICAS, national pole of competence EDI as regards Accounts Department, of audit and social, gathers economic partners French, deprived like public, interested or implied in the installation of the strategy EDI, with the national plan and European like international.

This association, made up on the initiative about the Certified public accountants, has the aim of promoting matter EDI financial, informational, countable and of audit, analytical and social. EDI, technique of communication

Edifact standards

EDIFACT: Electronic Data Interchange For Administration Trades and Transport. This international standard, used for the Exchanges of information computerized (EDI), is the standard a/EDIFACT maintained and coordinated by the Center for the facilitation of the procedures and practices in the administration, the trade and transport (CEFACT) in collaboration with ISO /TC 154-UN/CEFACT.

The Edifact standard is used in a prevalent way in the whole world. In the United States, she from now on is recommended for the exchanges with the administration.

In France, this standard was adopted by the DGI since 1997 following in that the circular letter of the Prime Minister.

Standards BALANC (balances), CHACCO (plane accounts), ENTREC (entries), INFENT (annual accounts or tax bundle or file of management) and LEDGER (large book) were developed in this spirit.
