Eddie Vartan
Eddie Vartan (September 5th 1937 with Sofia in Bulgaria - June 19th 2001), arrived at Paris in 1952, was Auteur-compositeur-interprète and Leader. Revealed by the music of Jazz to the Blue Notes since 1957, it composed thereafter quantity of songs to success as well as many musics of Film S. on June 19th, 2001, Eddie Vartan died of the continuations of a brain hemorrhage in Paris at the 64 years age.
He is the older brother of the singer Sylvie Vartan, the father of the actor Michael Vartan and the uncle of the musician and singer David Hallyday.
It is him which made begin his/her sister in the song in 1961 and was, for a long time, its leader like that of his/her brother-in-law Johnny Hallyday. It besides composed or arranged much titles for Sylvie and Johnny.
Impassioned and endowed for the automobile Competition, it took part in many races in particular on Simca 1000 rally within the framework of the Simca racing TEAM, where each one could assess - as in the daily life - its human qualities, its kindness and its courtesy which had equal only its large ones and multiple talents.
