The skin thickens and recovers scaly squames. The whole is pruriginous and pleasing recovering crusts.
The eczema of contact has its maximum at the contact point with the substance allergisante, with however the possibility of an extension or a generalization.
Eczema appears in a short time (2 to 72 hours) after the contact.
Treatment
The treatment requires:
- the description of the cause (Allergen) and its ousting
- Généralement the use of cortisonées creams
- Divers complements were proposed to separate corticoids quickly. In particular a supplementation in Omega-3 and omega-6. These fatty-acids can be used by internal way or in creams. among oils one can quote the oil of onager, carthame, cumin, perilla, émeu, Arganier which would have all of the anti-eczematous virtues in local application. omega-3/6 and eczema
- the oil of Tamanu (Callophylum inophylum) is used at all times in the traditional remedies in Polynesia to fight successfully against eczema, without the serious side effects of Cortisone or corticoids.
- Aloe Vera is also at the base of effective treatments.
-
For the eczema of atopic nature only: creams/pomades containing Tacrolimus topic, molecule which acts as a immunosuppressor (of local use)
The use of hydrating creams and the reduction in the stress generally help to decrease the importance of the disease.
In certain types of eczema, the pomades containing cortisone (like nerisone or diprosone) have the opposite effect that desired like the appearance of cracks, drying, itchings and bleedings. It is thus advised to relieve the zones infected with calendula which alleviates in a natural way. The creams integrating of the oil of Borage (Borrago officinalis) or black Cumin (Nigella Sativa) bring Omega3 and 6 necessary as well as the necessary hydration. Avoid the creams containing of the oil products whose foreign nature with the skin is often generating épidermiques reactions which it is necessary to avoid.
