  • the industry of paper and the paste board (thanks to the very abundant forest resources)
  • electric and electronic industry (more than 400 companies manufacture components electric or electronic, chip to the turn-key delivered powerplant)
  • agro-alimentary (largely profited from European integration) the
  • metallurgical and mechanical industry ( the sector headlight , Austria is an exporting country of machine tools)
