Interface in line of order

echo is a Commande UNIX (also present with MS-DOS) which makes it possible to post a last Character string in parameter on the final (Sortie standard). This order is frequently used in the scripts Shell and the programs batchs to textually indicate a state of the program to the screen or in a file.

$ echo This is have test. This has test. $ echo " This has test." > ./test.txt $ cat ./test.txt This has test.

A waiter echo is a standardized service which implements the protocol ECHO which is carried out on port TCP 7.
