The ecclesiastical Province of Rouen is a Circonscription religious Frenchwoman created with the Moyen-âge and reformed in 1802. She corresponds today to the areas High-Normandy and Basse-Normandie. The archbishop of Rouen carries of right the title of Primat of Normandy .

The territory of the ecclesiastical Province of Rouen corresponds since 1802 to the departments of the Seine-Maritime (dioceses of Rouen and Le Havre), of the Calvados (diocese of Bayeux-and-Lisieux), of the the Eure (diocese of Évreux), of the Manche (diocese of Coutances-and-Avranches) and of the Orne (diocese of Séez).
