Synopsis
Bob Morane is engaged by the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs to discover the secrecy of the reprocessing of the nuclear waste held by infamous Balkan Confédération, kind of misadventure of the Yugoslavia of Tito. Under the features of the researcher François de Hauteclare, Bob will try to bore the mystery near a scientist of the East, Dr. Von Hass. But its projects will run up quickly against the vigilance of its old enemy, Roman Orgonetz, alias the Man with the Gold Teeth.

The intrigue of this spy novel (the search for a major scientific secrecy during the Cold war then the escape in the West) is not without pointing out the Curtain torn, excel it later film of Alfred Hitchcock, left five years with the the United States.
