East Rutherford

East Rutherford is a city of the New Jersey, the United States. It is located in the suburbs of New York. Its population is of 8.716 inhabitants according to the census of 2000.

The city is famous for its Meadowlands Sports Complex which includes the Continental Airlines Arena where the New Jersey Nets play (NBA) and the New Jersey Devils (NHL) in residence; and the Giants Stadium which lodge as well the teams NFL New York Giants and the New York Jets that the Red Bull New York (MLS). What makes of East Rutherford the only city of less than 10.000 inhabitants have five professional sporting teams.
