East Bay Ray
Raymond Pepperell , more known under the name of East Bay Ray is a American Guitariste .
He began his career with the group Cruisin', a group of Rockabilly, before entering the group Punk Dead Kennedys. To the separation of the group in 1987, it assembles Kage . It again forms part Dead Kennedys since their reformation in 2006.
