Earthship

The earthships are dwellings which rest on a concept of Autoconstruction and of which the goal is to manufacture a housing respecting nature with lower costs, while basing itself on the material recovery.

The origin of this type of project goes back to the period Hippie and the will of return to the ground, during the Années 1970. The initiator of the earthships is states-unien of America, Michael Reynolds. The first community created on this principle was it with the New Mexico on a ground of 640 hectares.
