EVA Air (Code AITA: Br ; Code ICAO: EVA ) is a Airline company of Taiwan.

(in Chinese: 長榮航空 Changrong Hangkong , or “Evergreen Airlines”)

Founded by the leader of the transport of containers Evergreen Marine Corporation. Its president and founder Dr. Chang Yung-F founded EVA Air in March 1989 while ordering with the Boeing Company and McDonnell Douglas a total of 26 planes for a total of 3,6 billion dollars US, which caused the immediate attention of the market of the civil aviation.
