ESPNEWS

ESPNEWS is a chain of sporting information continuously produced by the network ESPN. It was launched on November 1st 1996. It disseminates information, press conferences, interviews or comments of analysts of the sport.

As the remainder of network ESPN, ESPNEWS belongs to 80% with the Walt Disney Company and to 20% with Hearst Corporation.

Chain ESPNEWS is not included in many offers cabled in the United States and is sometimes regarded as a surtaxed optional chain. In order to satisfy televiewers ESPN ESPN Now in 1999 launched.

The bar of ravelling information of ESPN is used much on ESPNEWS. It makes it possible to post in addition to the scores, the statistics, short or the dates of the next sports events. The bar is even present at the time of the advertizing breaks.

The radiophonic networks XM Radio and Sirius Radio diffuse into simultaneous the contents of ESPNEWS.
