EON Productions

EON Productions is a production company of British cinema especially known for the series of films James Bond. EON is the acronym of “ E verything O R NR othing” ( All or nothing ). EON is a subsidiary company of Danjaq, LLC, the holding which, with United Artists, manages the rights of the Bond frankness. Its head office is located in the studios Pinewood.

EON is created in 1961 by the producers Albert R. Broccoli and Harry Saltzman. In 1975, after 9 James Bond , Harry Saltzman resells its actions with United Artists (which is already the distributer of films of the series). In 1996, following the death of Albert R. Broccoli, his daughter Barbara Broccoli and her son-in-law Michael G. Wilson take his succession.

Since its first film in 1962, James Bond against Doctor No , EON produced only one film not putting in scene the British secret agent: Cal Me Bwana with Bob Hope.
