ECPAT
ECPAT is a network of organizations and people working together to eliminate the sexual Exploitation from the Enfant S. the acronym means End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography And Trafficking off children for sexual purposes , that is to say in French “stop of the childish Prostitution, the childish Pornographie and the Trafic of children at sexual ends”.
ECPAT International has its secretariat with Bangkok, Thailand. 73 groups are distributed in 67 countries. The organization fights in particular the Sex tourism, the Trafic of children, the childish pornography on Internet, it supports the children at the risk and fact countryside for the reinforcement of the legislations. She saw herself allotting in 1998 the Prix Rafto.
In 2006, it launched in partnership with UNICEF the “code of conduct for the protection of the children of the sexual exploitation in tourism and the voyages”.
